Mark, one of the founders of CMS Capital brings a savvy commercial eye thanks to over 20 years’ experience working in financial services and commercial sales in Australia and Canada. He’s also a passionate property investor who has owned, built, and sold, many of his own properties. As a result, he understands the power of smart property investments and knows what it takes to make our customers’ property dreams come true.
Mark is our go-to guide for all residential, asset, and business lending. He can help with everything from straightforward home loans right through to more complicated bridging or guarantor loans. And he’s dedicated to building strong and lasting relationships with our Pointer Finance customers. Whatever you need, he’s up to the challenge.

Spiro Kladis is one of the founders of CMS Capital and brings over 20 years of experience across property investment, finance, and marketing.
A passionate property investor himself, Spiro has personally bought, built, and sourced 1000’s of investment properties on behalf of clients throughout his career. That firsthand experience gives him a genuine understanding of what clients need from their finance — and what’s actually at stake when the structure isn’t right.
A marketing and sales professional at his core, Spiro combines commercial savvy with a client-first approach that has built CMS Capital into a trusted name in Australian lending.
He specialises in residential, commercial, and investment lending, and is committed to finding the right solution for every client — no matter how straightforward or complex their situation.
Chris Pappas - CFO
Chris Pappas is one of the other founders of CMS Capital and a qualified accountant with over 30 years of experience in finance, business, and wealth management.
After decades working across accounting and business, Chris identified a gap in the market — clients who needed more than just a loan, but a trusted financial partner who could bring genuine accounting expertise and commercial experience to the table. That insight led to the founding of CMS Capital, built on the belief that better financial guidance leads to better outcomes.
Having run his own successful business, Chris understands the pressures and opportunities that come with building something from the ground up. That firsthand experience, combined with his deep accounting background, means he knows money — how it moves, how it works, and how to make it work harder for the people he works with.
